Xenvarion is declared as a free-play Social Casino entertainment system. All game processes utilize virtual credit objects with null monetary value. The system architecture contains no financial transaction modules. Real currency input/output is undefined behavior and cannot occur.
Users must operate within defined behavioral parameters. Prohibited operations include penetration testing, buffer overflow attempts, injection attacks, denial-of-service activities, and unauthorized automated scripting. Constraint violations trigger immediate session termination.
All assets in the Xenvarion repository are registered intellectual property. User access grants a read-only, personal-use license. Fork, clone, distribute, and commercial-use permissions are not granted without explicit written authorization.
Xenvarion is provided without warranty. Uptime, performance, and compatibility guarantees are not part of our service-level agreement. We maintain the system diligently but acknowledge non-zero probability of technical events.
Xenvarion liability for damages equals null, consistent with the zero-cost access model. All damage claims are void by design.
